Life Coaching

Life coaching focuses on helping clients to manifest their vision of their ideal future self.  It helps clients to tap into their potential and to make their dreams become real. The coaching process includes making clients accountable for their current choices and helping them identify the corresponding steps they need to take to realize their life goals. The goals and action steps are co-designed by the therapist/coach and the client.

Life coaching, is similar to therapy in that we also identify clients’ sabotaging behaviors and beliefs, but coaching focuses more on what is happening right now and emphasizes their present strengths and how they can be used to transform them into to the person they want to become .Coaching helps clients work on what they want to improve upon, whether it is their career, relationships, health, physical wellness, or even spirituality.

Coaching enables clients to look forward through an empowered and realistic perspective so they can expand their options and take action. The ultimate goal of life coaching is to help a client get out of their current comfort zone and enable them to become the person they want to be.
